THE WAY OUT
OF CODEPENDENCY & NARCISSISTIC ABUSE
A 6-week program for those who long for healthy, loving & respectful relationships in both their personal & professional lives.
IS THIS YOU?
You’re smart and successful in your career - but when it comes to relationships you just can’t seem to get it right. You’re loving, kind, and considerate, and you're always there for others, and yet you keep attracting dysfunctional relationships in both your personal and professional relationships.
You find yourself wondering, what's going on? Why do people mistreat me? Why do they use me? Why don't they respect me?
Learning how to create healthy relationships is one of the most important skills you can learn - for sure, it will impact and empower every area of your life. And that journey begins with the most important relationship – the one you have with yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS PROGRAM
In this 6-week program, I’m going to give you the tools to do just that – love and respect yourself in a way you never have before. And in doing so, you're going to experience a radical shift in how others relate to you.
You’re going to discover that radical self-love is the gateway to attracting the loving and respectful relationships you’ve been longing for both personally and professionally.
You will also come away with a greater awareness of the people who show up in your life - why you attract narcissists and dysfunctional people- people whom you should avoid. This program is going to finally open the doors to the love and respect you deserve and a whole new life of attracting people who are loving, nurturing, and respectful.
CAN YOU RELATE TO ANY OF THESE?
You say yes to people and things when you really mean no - you lack healthy boundaries.
You tolerate breadcrumbs in your relationships - always settling for second-best.
You're a people-pleaser. You’re never able to speak your mind – always putting the needs of others ahead of your own.
You avoid conflict and confrontations out of fear, and you find yourself walking on eggshells in your relationships.
You sacrifice your own wants and needs to please others.
You have trouble asking for what you want.
You are unable to make a decision of whether to stay or go in your relationship.
You put up with and attract bullies, users, takers, and narcissists.
You feel as if your wounded inner child is running the show from behind the scenes.
If you can identify with any of these traits, then this program is for you.

WHO IS TEACHING THIS PROGRAM?
Del Adey Jones lived through decades of codependency and unhealthy narcissistic relationships. She now teaches others how to find the way out of codependency and narcissistic abuse.
Del is a 3 Principles Practitioner, Soul Centered Coach & Mentor. She has a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology and has trained at the Debbie Ford Institute - with training in Transformational Coaching & Relationship and Divorce Coaching.
Thanks to her unconventional childhood and personal challenges including divorce and raising children as a single parent, her work is informed by her real-life experience and deeper studies of Spirituality and Psychology.
Using her down-to-earth, relatable approach to coaching and her commitment to creating a safe space to explore the Inside Out Understanding, she serves a wide range of clients worldwide.
At the time I took Del's program, I had been deeply struggling through a 3-year relationship with a narcissist and I couldn’t get control over my life.
Del has such an incredible amount of knowledge and life experience, and I learned more from her about the dynamic I was trapped in and what was really happening to me.
What had the most impact on me was how she shared her own personal stories. She showed such understanding and compassion. She is one courageous, resilient, and strong woman.
Del never judged my thoughts or feelings and always helped me find answers and solutions. She met me where I was every time and just kept walking with me until I was able to take steps on my own.
Del has been a critical part of my healing. If it weren’t for her I would still be struggling in a relationship that was crippling me and my life.
Having had a less-than-orthodox childhood, and a father that was absent, I grew up with abandonment issues and often chose men that were exactly like my father - narcissistic and unavailable. I was constantly trying to be ‘who they wanted me to be’ to win their love and approval. I finally was able to break this cycle with the help of the amazing workshop I took with Del Adey-Jones on narcissistic and co-dependent relationships.
Del is extremely knowledgeable in this area and creates a safe space to move past these issues without judgment or criticism. The course is thorough and completely enlightening! I learned so much. She allows time for questions and interaction, also sharing literature and her own experiences in a calm and loving manner. I highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to break free of the cycle of choosing narcissistic partners, interacting with narcissistic friends or family members, and for those wishing to become their authentic selves in all their relationships moving forward. The course was invaluable to me.
I started to look into the 3 Principles teachings when I was struggling with anxiety. This led me to question various matters in my life, one of these being my relationship. I knew that in the 3 Principle teachings, we are told that 'Thought' creates all our experiences. I was struggling with this, as I was in a relationship that felt abusive, and having compassion for everyone in the situation wasn't helping.
I heard that Del specialized in both the 3 Principles and Narcissistic relationships, so I was very interested in what her take would be. I got in touch, and straight away, Everything she said seemed to make perfect sense. Del is so open and non-judgmental, and she has an understanding that is so clear, I instantly felt less alone and stuck.
The biggest thing I took away from the program was that it was ok to feel stuck, confused, and not know what to do. Trusting that our wisdom will guide us if we allow our mind to quieten.
The thing I most liked about the program was the understanding and non-judgment that this could happen to anyone, and we can all become stuck and get ourselves into bad situations, but it doesn't mean we are damaged or must stay there. We have choices. Thank you, Del.
